ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative

An Accredited Buyer Representative looks out for your best interests when you’re buying a home. The ABR designation is awarded by REBAC (Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council) to those Realtors who have met the specific educational and experiential criteria needed to provide the highest-level quality of service. ABR designees fully represent the buyer throughout the real estate transaction. They can help you with everything from determining the price range you can afford and locating and showing you properties that meet your needs, to helping you make an appropriate offer on a property and assisting you with securing financing.

ALC, Accredited Land Consultant

If you want to purchase, sell, or exchange land, look for an agent with the ALC designation. These Realtors are part of the largest trade organization in the world as well as the premier land real estate organization, the Realtors® Land Institute. The ALC designation is awarded by the Board of Directors to members who have completed a comprehensive program of education and service to the Institute. As land professionals, ALC agents are aware of current market values, and they work diligently to help you buy or sell the most suitable parcels at the best possible price. CRS, Certified Residential Specialist

For over 30 years, the Council of Residential Specialists has been developing real estate training that helps Realtors become more effective and productive for their clients. GRI, Graduate Realtor® Institute

Due to the ever-increasing complexity of real estate transactions, it’s important to have the most knowledgeable Realtor on your side. The Graduate Realtor Institute helps the best and the brightest in the industry achieve that higher level of understanding. GRI designees have taken at least 90 hours of specialized real estate-related courses and are up-to-date on the latest real estate trends and issues.
